ICT4D Program and the Internet in Africa Today



Last week there was a workshop at re-publica, Berlin named



Netz-Kultur in Ländern des Südens



with Andrea Goetzke (newthinking) , Frederic Dubois (APC), Christian Kreutz (GTZ) and xy Matzka (??). Most of the presenter mentioned the ICT4D Programme. So I looked for there Website and the digital Version of the book online
